2.- Data Collection.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0FIVE GUYS\u00ae informs you about the purposes for which it collects personal data at the time of collection. In this regard, FIVE GUYS\u00ae does not collect more data than strictly necessary. However, we inform you that, as a general rule, the personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of responding to your request for information, as well as to inform you about other FIVE GUYS\u00ae products or services when you consent. FIVE GUYS\u00ae will not transfer your data to third parties except to entities where this is necessary for the management and execution of the commercial relationships that arise. 7.- Commercial Communications.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0FIVE GUYS\u00ae sends commercial communications by electronic means to the email addresses and mobile phone numbers provided during the contracting of services if they have been previously requested or consented to by their owners. FIVE GUYS\u00ae will request your consent to do so in all data collection forms and will give you the option to withdraw said consent in each and every one of the communications it sends you. In any case, FIVE GUYS\u00ae gives you the option to choose whether or not to receive this type of communication; it allows you to revoke consent in all electronic commercial communications it sends; and it allows you to revoke consent at any time.

9.- Processing of Video Surveillance Data at FIVE GUYS restaurants.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0FIVE GUYS\u00ae records the access of all persons and video-monitors its facilities in order to manage the security of people, facilities, other assets of the organization, and, in the case of employees, to exercise the functions of control over workers under Article 20.3 of the Workers’ Statute. The personal data captured by the video camera and recorded (images) will be processed in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. Your data will be incorporated into our Activity Log as “Video Surveillance”. The data is stored for a period not exceeding one (1) month, except in cases where a security incident implies its retention for a longer period, which will never be longer than necessary to clarify and prove the facts and the execution of legal actions. The images are captured by means of closed-circuit video surveillance installed in the access areas to the facilities, in transit areas and in the restaurant areas. FIVE GUYS will not share your images with third parties under any circumstances other than those provided for or authorized by law. For example, some images will be shared with law enforcement agencies when requested in the exercise of their judicial investigation functions. You may exercise your rights (access, deletion, and restriction of processing) as an interested party under the terms set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantees of Digital Rights. To do so, please contact the FIVE GUYS Data Protection Officer by email:\u00a0dpo@fiveguys.es\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0or by any other means that allows you to prove the sending and receipt of your request<\/em>\u00a0. For these purposes, please note that, when exercising your right of access, you may be asked to provide an updated image as supporting documentation that allows us to verify and contrast your presence, as a data subject, in our records. You may also be asked for information that specifies and facilitates the search so that viewing impacts other third parties as little as possible. You may also exercise the right to erasure, as previously mentioned, in relation to the deletion of images within a maximum period of one month, without prejudice to the aforementioned exception. You may also exercise the right to restriction of processing when you consider the data processing to be unlawful and you do not wish to exercise the right to erasure, or when the data controller does not require the data for the purposes of the processing, but FIVE GUYS does require it for the formulation, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
